Havyn offers in-app purchases, including coins and video boost packages. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Virtual currency (coins) has no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Boost feature allows users to promote their videos using coins. Boost results are not guaranteed and may vary based on content quality, timing, and platform algorithms. Estimated view increases are approximations only.
The Havyn app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Havyn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
In no event shall Havyn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the app's content or functionality.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Havyn operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
